Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition. Lead generation and prospect management are the main concern as the business development executive will garner and meet with potential clients. Researches client business referrals, network, and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Experience - 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers in different companies.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Taking client briefs and creating ideas for the client pitches.
- Plan and create approaches and pitches in form of presentations.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors,identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.

Graphic Designer

Experience - Min 1 year

Responsibilities:

- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Produce final design solutions (like posters,logos, banners, interfaces etc.).
- Pitch creative ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects.
- Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction).

Requirements:

- Knowledge of graphic editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).

Video Editor

Experience - Min 6 months

Responsibilities:

- Capture studio-quality photographs and video
- Work both on and off-site
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- Work with our creative teammates
- Regularly collaborate with marketing team
- Follow the company's brand guidelines
- Present to senior management
- Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy

Requirements:

Social Media Manager

Experience - Min 6 months

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Knowledge of paid marketing in Social Media and Google Ads
- Knowledge of organic marketing and remarketing
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of other major marketing channels such as email marketing, text marketing etc.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
