Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition. Lead generation and prospect management are the main concern as the business development executive will garner and meet with potential clients. Researches client business referrals, network, and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Experience - 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers in different companies.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Taking client briefs and creating ideas for the client pitches.
- Plan and create approaches and pitches in form of presentations.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors,identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.

Client Servicing & PR Executive

Experience - Min 1year

Responsibilities:

- Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders and create public relations strategies that fit company profile.
- Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager and develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services and use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure.
- Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting corporate image and maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
- Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases.
- Assess opportunities for sponsorship and other partnerships and manage relations.
- Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports and collect feedback and resolve client complaints.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
